Step into a high-volume Urology practice with immediate access to a strong referral base, modern OR facilities, and da Vinci Xi robotics. This is a rare opportunity to quickly build a productive practice in a community with significant and ongoing urologic demand. Physicians join an established, supportive team designed to help you ramp quickly and focus on high-quality surgical care.

Position Highlights: • Bread and Butter Urology with ability to tailor practice focus (stones, BPH, oncology, reconstructive urology) • Join 2 MD's along with APP support and experienced clinical and nursing staff • Monday - Friday with 3 days OR and 2 days clinic • Outpatient only - No call • Access to da Vinci Xi robotic-assisted surgery platform • Strong primary care referral network within the health system • Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives • 150K in Signing Incentives • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME, and PTO • Malpractice coverage included
